In an attempt to keep vacant lots free from litter and weeds, the city of Pittsburgh is deploying their Green Team to "beautify vacant lots and demolition sites."
This joins the city's "Side Yard" sales program as another tool to help fight blight in our neighborhoods. Interested parties, take note.
