2011 "State of the City" report released

The Clean Pittsburgh Commission has released their 2011 State of the City report. This report contains an overview of waste management, blight and property issues, including litter, illegal dumping, vacant lots and buildings, abandoned cars, graffiti, and recycling in the City of Pittsburgh.
